Game 6 The FINAL was a rematch from Saturday as the Lucan Ilderton A’s beat out Essex in their semi final at Rotary Park to earn a trip to the final vs Quinte.  This time around ‘The Hill’ at Bayshore Field was a sea of Royal Blue and the home town Royals came out swinging the big lumber!  Cashing in 4 runs in the 1st.  The A’s answered with 2 runs in the top of the 2nd, however the Royals weren’t done as the Quinte squad scored again with 7 runs in the home side of the 2nd for a commanding 11-2 lead.  The Royals played error-free baseball and the pitching staff eliminated any threats the rest of the way.  Royals picked up 1 more run in the  3rd and another in the 6th to claim the OBA ‘A’ Provincial Title before a full house at beautiful Bayshore Field with a final score of 13-3!!
